Cont'd....Prayer #5 from "Life Inside the 'Thin' Cage" by Constance Rhodes
God, I don't know that I am ready to change yet, but I am willing to be willing. Please help me take the next step toward finding a place of balance with my approach to eating and weight control. I want to be free. In Christ's name, Amen.
