We picked an adorable calico kitty and have decided to name her Sookie. I am huge Gilmore Girls fan (I have all 7 seasons on DVD and have watched them multiple times each...hehehe) and one of my favorite characters of the show was Sookie. She is the best friend of Lorelai Gilmore, so I decided that would be the perfect name for our new member of the family.
So....without further ado....meet Sookie.

OMG! I am in LOVE!!! I feel the need to kiss her all over and snuggle her!!!
I must admit, I am not a cat person.. but she is so stinkin' cute! And I love the name! You know I have never seen gilmore girls. One day I have a dream of starting from season one and taking off!

What a cute kitten! I love the name, too--I am also a HUGE Gilmore Girls fan, have seen every episode many, many times--I was depressed for weeks when they ended the show. Hope Sookie is a better fit for your family than your last furry friend.
