Easier Parenting??

Well, at least when it comes to choosing movies for your kids!!!

I have an eleven year old son and struggle a lot with letting him go see PG-13 movies. I have to do a ton of research to determine why a movie was rated PG-13. If there are sexual references or nudity, Tony or I will go see the movie first, but if it is for thematic violence, I am more willing to let Quinn see it.

In my recent search to determine if X-Men Origins would be suitable for Quinn, I came across a new blog that I just had to share. It's the Movie Mom. She reviews movies for content and gives her opinion for the age of viewers for each. If you struggle with this part of parenting as well, I hope her site will help you a little.
