This is the Life

Sookie has brought so much fun into our family in the 3 short weeks that we've had her. Ashton can't leave her alone most of the time. My dad is even pretty darn attached to her. She is such a sweetie.

Sookie and I share my scrapbook room. So, when it is time for her to go to her room, we close the door. The bad part is that the door is glass, so she will stare out the window and meow to try to get our attention. Here newest act to get our attention is she climbs up the panes of the door. I call her my "monkey cat".
She has made it to the first level...I can't wait to see how high she will climb over the next few months.



So, I've saved the best story for last. I have been doing some scrapbook page planning tonight, so my laptop has been in my lap the majority of the night. Well, Sookie loves us all, but she has learned that she can come to me when she needs a short little cat-nap. So, since she couldn't get to my lap, she found the next best place....
