We spent the first part of this morning catching up on some of our normal work. The training kicked back off at 1pm and we wrapped it all up at 5pm. No more training!!!!
We kept tonight low key and did some local shopping and dining. Our first night here, I noticed my favorite scrapbook store around the corner from our hotel. Since then, I have been chomping at the bit to go shopping. Well, I finally got to go tonight. Archiver's is the most awesomest scrapbook store. We don't have them in OK, so anytime I am in a state that does...I must stop by and do a little shopping.
We had dinner at a locally owned sports bar called Lodos Bar & Grill. Again, we had our meal outside on the roof. I love that the weather is so nice here we can eat outside. If you tried to do that in OK, you would melt. Ok, back to the food. One of the dishes I tried was recently shown on The Food Network's Unwrapped. It was yummy, yummy...roasted jalapeno artichoke dip.
We are now back at the hotel and I should really be in bed. We have an EARLY, EARLY flight! Our flight leaves DIA tomorrow morning at 7am, which means we have to get to the airport at 5am, which means we have to check out of our hotel at 4am, which means I have to get my tired butt out of bed at 3am....What in the world?? I am so not looking forward to that!
I am totally gonna miss the mountains and the beautiful scenery, but I am ready to be home. So goodnight to all and I'll be home tomorrow!
