Family and Friends

We are at the end of our journey of 11 Ways to Stay Focused...Enlisting Family and Friends for help!! This one is crutial. Not only is it important to have an individual "Accountability Partner", it is equally important to have a full blown support system. I am so blessed to have all the many people who support me in my quest. There are times in this journey when I can no longer to do it for myself and during those times, knowing that all of you are pulling for me...well, it helps me remember what I need to do. So, thanks! You guys are my rock, my foundation!!!
