We made it in last night at 6pm local time. We couldn't see the mountains very well and that I heard this morning that when you can't see the mountains, it means a storm is coming in...and boy, oh boy...we had the most beautiful lightening show last night. I wish I could've gotten some pictures of the storm, but I didn't bring my good camera. We are supposed to get another storm tonight, so maybe we can get some pics with someone else's camera.
Marti and I are sharing a 2 bed/2 bath suite at the Residence Inn. We almost feel like we are back in college...hehehe. We were up until midnight last night prepping for today. So I am crazy tired!!!
Here is a 'not-so-great' picture of the mountains outside our hotel. I will try to get better pics of that too.
