Tracking Progress

I can't believe I am already on the 4th item from my list to stay focused. Actually blogging about all this again, has totally put my butt back in gear!

Tracking progress vigorously....the author of the online article made an amazing point about making changes in our lives.... "it is easy to start with good intentions but more difficult to sustain commitment." Tracking my progress is a way to sustain that commitment and keep it in the forefront, rather than trying to ignore it.

In order to track my progress, I am going to weigh once a week and then monthly I will update the graph at the bottom of my blog. I will also be tracking when I workout. I'm still debating on tracking what I eat...I think it might be necessary, since I don't think I ate enough yesterday. I'll keep you posted on that one.
