This is the astonishing testimonial of Wisty and Whit Allgood, a sister and brother who were torn from their family in the middle of the night, slammed into prison, and accused of being a witch and a wizard. Thousands of young people have been kidnapped; some have been accused; many others remain missing. Their fate is unknown, and the worst is feared—for the ruling regime will stop at nothing to suppress life and liberty, music and books, art and magic...and the pursuit of being a normal teenager.
Book Series. For the most part, I don't like to read a series until ALL the books are out. This keeps me from having to impatiently wait for the next book to be released. Little did I know that Witch and Wizard is the first book in a series...and at this time, I can't find any information about when the next book is coming out....AHHHHH! This is going to make me go MAD!
Why will I go MAD? Because I really enjoyed this book and it left so many things hanging for me. I need to know what happens to Whit and Wisty and their parents. I need to know now....I must know! hehehe
This is a book that is easy and fast to read. It is also one that pulls you in fast, rather than dragging on in the first few chapters with character building. I can easily see Whit and Wisty running up on a movie screen...I wouldn't be surprised if it comes to the screen.
Now, I sit and wait for book two.
