A FANFIC

If you are you like you are wondering what the heck is a fanfic?? I went to ask.com and found this explanation...

Fiction written by fans as an extension of an admired work or series of works, especially a television show, often posted on the Internet or published in fanzines.

I have obviously never read FanFiction. The thought of taking the story after it ends and extending it on using my own ideas seems intriguing. We have all read stories before that we didn't like the ending or wanted more from it...so I guess this is where fanfic comes in to play.
