30 Day Challenge, Day 19

A TALENT OF MINE

I consider scrapbooking and crafts a talent of mine, but I'm going to talk about those tomorrow for Hobby day...so what is my talent??? I guess my talent (or I'd rather say gift) is my ability and love of singing. I'm not some wonderful,gonna hit the big scene talented singer, but I do absolutely love it. Especially singing at church.

A little over a year ago, I started singing with the praise team at church and it has really given me my "spot" at church. In the praise team we have two people singing each part...but since we are Chruch of Christ, we aren't necessarily a "choir", although we do have microphones. Our purpose is to lend support to our Praise and Worship Minister.

Singing praises to God is when I feel the most connected to Him...tears, laughter, chills and everything in between are what I feel when I'm singing His praises. That is why I believe this is my gift!
