Shabby Souls August Get Together

Each month, we try to find "off the beaten path" locations to have our book club. But this month we honored one of our annual traditions...Sno Cones and the Park!!! When I was planning it this year though, I was a little nervous...it's just been so dang hot.

We were lucky that it was only in the 90's and we had some really nice shade. The Sno Cones from Hawaiian Mike's were wonderful. I even found a yummy, yummy sugar free wedding cake that is divine!! We had such a good time and dearly missed those that couldn't join us.
