Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles

Ashton come home from school the other day just dying to show me the science experiment they had done. She finally remembered to show me on Saturday and I have to admit, it was really pretty cool.

1. First you get a glass of water and pump some soap into it. Put a straw in the water and find yourself a smooth surface. (We've done it on our granite counter tops and at our wooden diningroom table.)

2. Next, put your hand in the water and rub some of the water in circle on the surface.

3. Take the straw out of the water and place it on the wet spot.

4. Blow!

You can make little bubbles,

big bubbles,

bubbles inside of bubbles,

and bubbles beside bubbles inside of bubbles,

This has absolutely kept Ashton entertained for hours. Really fun and not very messy....of course I said, not very...cause anything Ashton does makes a mess.

That is fun and how great that she loved something in school so much!
