So, my mom and I saw The Color Purple musical last night. I told you yesterday that I am a huge fan of the movie. I have to say, the musical was good, but not as good as the movie...but I still really enjoyed myself. I think Mom enjoyed it too. My favorite part though was getting to spend a kid free/husband free evening with my momma! One of my favorite things to do and we don't get to do it very often at all.
If you ever get the opportunity to see it, I highly recommend you do. I am always super amazed at how talented these actors and actresses are. Their voices just boom through the hall...they have been extremely blessed.
