Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow today!!! So, that means Spring will come early this year!! Waa Hoo!!!

* Since 1887, Phil has seen his shadow 98 times and hasn't seen it 16 times (There are no records for the other years)
* The Groundhog Day is rooted in German superstition
