First, we saw How Do You Know? with Reece Witherspoon, Owen Wilson, Paul Rudd and Jack Nicholson. This was a really cute romantic comedy. I loved how well Owen Wilson played the bonehead jock...he did a really good job with it! And of course, Reece (in my opinion) can do no wrong. She is always superb.
Next, we saw The Black Swan with Natalie Portman. Strange. Bizarre. Weird. Psychotic. Mommy Dearest. Crazy. Insane. These are all words that I would use to describe it. It is the type of movie that you don't necessary recommend others to go see but you don't say it was horrible, don't see it. I can't really decide if I liked it or not and I also can't decide what was real and what was a psychotic delusion. So, only go see this if you are intrigued by this type of movie. The costumes and dancing are absolutely beautiful.
I know we'll be catching several other movies over the next couple weeks....so I'm looking forward to sharing more of my movie opinions with you.
