One of our excursions was a horse drawn carriage ride through The Lost Canyon. Before the tour, our guide told us we could pet the beautiful Percheron horses. I was the first to brave the horse stink and Veronica was quick to follow. She loved them! It was a rare moment for me...getting to hold my niece AND pet a horse at the same time.
