I found the attached videos on the OKC "This City is Going on a Diet" website. Weight Wise is a major sponsor of this initiative. The videos are about a girl named Amber England. The testing that she is having done in the videos is what I did yesterday. The Exercise Physiologist, Somer Carey, is the girl I have been seeing too. It's exciting to have a video to share with you guys.
