Staying in Zone
Tony and I took the kids and Shadow out for a walk last night. It was my first walk using a heart rate monitor. As I told you yesterday, my perfect HR Zone, for burning the most stored fat, is between 125-135. It was much harder to stay in that zone than I thought it would be. We walked 30 minutes and I tried my hardest to keep it low. I wasn't exhausted afterwards either. It's nice to work out and have the ability to still function afterwards.
