Update on Tony and Me and the Kids

Well, Tony and the group made it to Glamis, California late last night. The weather caused a slight delay for them, as they had to go further south than they had originally intended.

He called today and said that Glamis makes Oklahoma's Little Sahara look like a litter box. He has ridden up "Oldsmobile Hill" and "China Wall". I have added some videos from YouTube so you can see just what he is getting to do...no, Tony isn't in these videos, but I thought it would fun to show you where he is.





The kids and I are getting along fine so far. They let me have two hours to myself today so I could watch something besides Disney and Nickelodeon. I locked myself in my bedroom and watched "Rachel Getting Married" with Anne Hathaway. This movie IS NOT your typical Anne Hathaway movie. She is certainly no princess in it. I thought the movie was okay, but it won't be one I'll rent again. The acting, however, we awesome. I felt like a part of this family. Anne plays Kim, who has just gotten out of rehab. The movie takes place over the week of her sister, Rachel's, wedding. The movie is very real. This family is truly dysfunctional and you watch every sad moment of it.
