I just had to tell you all how absolutely proud of a complete stranger I am. I find myself motivated by people on Biggest Loser all the time, but it wasn't until I saw this story about Valerie Bertinelli, that I felt pride for someone I didn't know.
She has proven that anyone can do it! Anyone can gain control over their addiction with eating and regain their life as it was intended to be.
YOU GO VALERIE! I will definitely be buying this issue of People! If she can do it at 48...I can do it at 35.
