The Family That Plays Together...

Here lately, it seems like our family is constantly on the go...ok, but in comparison to most of our friends, we aren't that bad off...we spend lots of time at home compared to most.

This weekend though, we had two really fun days.

On Saturday, the girls (me, Ashton and my mom) went to see The Hannah Montana Movie! Is it okay for an adult to say that I loved it?? I honestly did!! I also cried...but that really isn't much of a surprise...at least not to those of you who know me...LOL. The boys (Tony, Quinn and my dad) went to see X-Men Origins. They said it was awesome and that the special effects were amazing!

Then on Sunday, we took the kids to see Disney's The Lion King. I'm not real sure I can articulate how wonderful the show was though, so forgive me for the short write-up on it. The costumes were absolutely gorgeous and the performances were outstanding. It was such a breathtaking event. It was a true joy getting to share the experience with our kids. I can't wait for the next Broadway show we get to take them to!!
