Blocking Out Time

Blocking out time is the next item on the Ways to Stay Focused list.

On my schedule at work, I have protected an hour a day to go to the gym...the problem is other things sometimes peek their little heads in and take it away from me. The important part of blockign out time is to be flexible with it. If something else comes up, move it to another opening! Don't forget that YOU are important and if you don't take care of yourself, then who else will.
