Remove Distractions

We are close to the end of our ways to stay focused weeks...don't get too excited...there are still a few more days ahead.

Number 8 is to remove distractions...HA! I find this one funny, because "distractions" is what got me here to begin with.

So, I've decided that to remove a distraction, I have to know what that distraction is...
- my comfy bed
- TV
- sweet snacks
- chocolate (yes, chocolate gets it's own category)
- salty snacks
- lunches with Marti

I know there are many, many more but I didn't want to bore you. So, the next step is to determine if it can be removed...
- comfy bed...no I can't necessarily remove my bed, I must sleep and the comfortable factor determines if that is good sleep or not...I've tried moving the alarm, I've tried setting two alarms...If you have a good idea of how to get myself out of bed when the alarm goes off, I am open to suggestions!
- TV...I really just need to limit my time spent on the couch in front of the boob tube!
- sweet snacks, chocolate and salty snacks...these can all be addressed together...STOP buying them and bringing them into the house!!!
- lunches with Marti...this one will be tough too...we try to have our social time at the gym instead of in front of a basket of chips at Pablano Grill, but you just can't have a good conversation while gasping for air. I need some more much needed advice on this one.

TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH NO!!!!!!!!! But, I understand if I did not love TV so much I would be much more active!
