Today is the one month anniversary of my surgery. It's hard to believe it has already been a month. It only feels like it was days ago that I had it done.
I have progressed to a pretty normal diet...of course no simple sugars or carbohydrates, but I can have fruits, veggies and a bigger variety of proteins. It is so nice to have that variety too. I was getting pretty tired of cottage cheese and scrambled eggs...hehehe.
In the first month I have lost 33 pounds. The weight loss is going to slow down some now that I am now eating more, but my body is totally loving the fuel. I am slowly feeling better each day and I can't wait to have enough energy to get into the gym and get my blood pumping.
I've started a "photo journal" on the left hand side, hopefully, this will be fun to see the changes in my body month over month.
