The most exciting part though is that Quinn is getting contacts. The appointment was Monday and try as he might, he just wasn't successful in getting them in his eyes. So, Thursday he went back and 5 minutes, he had contacts in both eyes. I am so proud of him for not giving up and getting the contacts to work. He looks so different without his glasses though. It will definitely take some getting used to.

Just scheduled my kids' appointments too.
Watching Quinn hurt me! I can't imagine sticking anything in my eyes. :) He will definitely look different. Take new pics...oh wait, I bet I can do that on monday. WOOT WOOT!
That TOTALLY happened to me when I got contacts just before my freshman year in high school. So worth it!
I absolutely cannot look at those pictures. EEWWWW, I get the eeebbie geebees around contacts and anyone putting anything in or near their eyes. LOL
