Wrapping Up Another Year

We have officially wrapped up the 2010-2011 year for Junior Hospitality Club. It was a fantastic year for us. I know I say this every time, but I am so, so proud to be part of such a fantastic group of ladies.

Thursday night was our final meeting and May Giveaway. This is the night where we present our grant recipient with the funds that we raised for them. Bethel Foundation was a fabulous partner this year and I hope the funding can impact many, many more lives. To learn more about the Bethel Foundation, click HERE.

As part of May Giveaway, we can also invite any perspective members that we would like to invite into the club. I invited my friend Misty. I think she would be perfect as she has a heart of service too.

One of my responsibilities this year was the club scrapbook. I really enjoyed putting this book together, but I am SO, SO glad that I am done with it. I am so far behind in my kids books. It's time to start getting those caught back up. The slide show below is the final book. The pics are horrible, but you get the idea. And as you can see, we have so much fun in JH. This is also a night where we say goodbye to our board of directors and install the new board. I think our 2010/2011 BOD did a fantastic job and we have some big shoes to fill.

I am so excited to tell you that I have been selected as Secretary for 2011/2012 Junior Hospitality Board of Directors. I am so excited to serve this group and impact even more lives through our fantastic volunteering and fundraising efforts.
