Dear God, please reveal to me the ways in which my human nature contributes negatively to the way I feel about myself. Give me the strength to forgive those who have been unkind to me or who have treated me unfairly in the past. Help me make wise decisions when it comes to evaluating my environment and its effect on my self-image and eating habits. I want to live in freedom. In Christ's name, Amen.
