Positive Patterns

The next item in the 11 Ways to Stay Focused is 'having positive patterns in my routine'. This is another tough one for me. I have several ideas of where I should implement 'positive patterns'...I just hope I can act on these areas that I want to make a change.

- Stop Snoozing!! I want to set the pattern of waking up when my alarm goes off. I am totally robbing myself of any extra energy when I snooze the alarm. I know it is important to reset my internal clock, so I now I just have to make it happen.
- Make time for exercise! Whether I do it in the morning, at lunch or at night..making it a priority and setting the daily pattern is important. It takes 30 days to make something a habit and only one day to ruin it.
- Healthy food choices...enough said!
