Junior Hospitality Sub-Sandwich Blitz

It has been a really busy JH week for me. In preparation for the annual Sub-Sandwich Blitz, we met on Tuesday night for our pepper chop. The recipe for the sandwiches is totally top secret and patented. I can't wait to taste of this awesome sandwich.


All proceeds from our JH Sub Sandwich sales go the Children's Abuse Response and Evaluation (CARE) Center. The CARE Center, which began in 1989, is a child advocacy center located in a quiet neighborhood in OKC. It is a place where children who have been sexually and physically abused are safe to receive the help and support they need to heal. The mission of the CARE Center is to protect and assist child victims of suspected sexual and severe physical abuse through expert multi-disciplinary response intervention in an environment that is child sensitive, supportive and safe.
